By booking a consultation or engaging Native & Vogue Interior Design’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to deliver a seamless, professional, and personalized experience at every stage of the design journey.
Consultations & Appointments
All consultations are by appointment only.
Appointments must be confirmed via email, phone, or our online form.
We kindly request punctuality to maintain project flow. Late arrivals may require rescheduling.
Service Scope & Timelines
Each project is unique and tailored based on client vision, space, and scope.
Estimated timelines and delivery schedules are shared in the official proposal.
Project timelines may vary depending on approvals, site access, and external dependencies.
Quotations & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate work.
Remaining payments are due in accordance with the agreed milestone schedule.
No work will commence or be delivered until payments are made as agreed.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.
Changes & Revisions
One major revision per design stage is included in the agreed scope.
Additional changes may result in revised timelines or extra fees.
All change requests must be submitted in writing for formal approval.
Project Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
In the event of cancellation, all completed work will be invoiced and due immediately.
Deposits are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service.
Design Ownership & Usage
All design concepts, visuals, and materials remain the intellectual property of Native & Vogue Interior until full payment is received.
Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is not permitted.
Site Access & Responsibilities
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to project sites for assessments and execution.
Native & Vogue Design is not liable for delays caused by external contractors or third-party vendors not under our management.
Confidentiality
We treat all personal and project information with strict confidentiality.
Design concepts and client preferences are never shared without permission.
